{"id":1,"date":"2009-06-22T06:33:16","date_gmt":"2009-06-22T13:33:16","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/?p=1"},"modified":"2025-02-10T18:01:01","modified_gmt":"2025-02-10T23:01:01","slug":"hello-world","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/winedarksea.org\/?p=1","title":{"rendered":"The Plunge"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I have created Wine Dark Sea as a point of interchange for collaborative work I am doing on the relationship between statistics, texts and history, as well as the images that might communicate this relationship. \u00a0Since much of this activity has been experimental &#8212; I produce images, graphs, and data &#8212; I thought I needed a place where I could present this material. \u00a0Currently I am researching the statistical profile of Shakespeare&#8217;s genres with my colleague <a title=\"Jonathan Hope's Departmental Page\" href=\"http:\/\/www.strath.ac.uk\/english\/membersofthedepartment\/hopejonathandr\/\">Jonathan Hope<\/a> (Strathclyde University, Glasgow) and have begun another on the nature of English prose genres in the Early English Books Online corpus with <a title=\"Eric Raimy's Departmental Web Page\" href=\"http:\/\/www.wisc.edu\/english\/faculty\/raimy.html\">Eric Raimy<\/a> (U.W.
